Download Policy
1. Digital Product Downloads
- Instant Access: Upon purchase, you’ll receive immediate access to the digital product. Please ensure you provide a valid email address to receive download links.
- Product Format: Our digital products are available in PDF and EPUB. Ensure you have the necessary software/hardware to access these files.
- Download Limit: Each product can be downloaded one time.
- Download Duration: Download links will remain active for seven days from the date of purchase.
3. Support and Assistance
- For any issues or queries related to your download or purchase, please contact our support team at joa@haveacupofjohanny.com subject Line: Need Support with [insert order number]. We aim to respond within 48hrs.
Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to love every book you receive — whether it’s a brand-new signed copy or a well-loved used book from our collection. Because our shop sells both new and pre-owned items, our policy varies slightly by product type.
New Books (Including The Ordinary Bruja and Other Author Titles)
- Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged books.
- Books must be returned in original condition — no writing, stains, bent corners, or spine damage.
- Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the book arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- Signed or personalized copies are non-refundable and non-exchangeable (unless damaged during transit).
Exchanges
We happily offer exchanges under these conditions:
- Exchanges are available for new, non-personalized books of equal or lesser value.
- If the replacement item costs more, the buyer pays the difference.
- To start an exchange, contact joa@haveacupofjohanny.com subject line: Requesting Exchange for Order Number [Insert Order #] within 14 days of delivery. In the body of the email please state why you require an exchange.
- Exchanges are processed once the original item is returned in new condition.
- If your requested replacement is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit instead.
Used / Pre-Loved Books
- All used books are final sale unless they arrive significantly different from the listing description or photos.
- If a used book qualifies for return or exchange due to error or damage, notify us within 3 days of delivery with photos.
- Buyer covers return shipping unless we made a mistake in the listing or packaging.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right:
- Contact joa@haveacupofjohanny.com Subject Line: Received Damaged/Defective/incorrect Order within 3 days of receiving your order.
- In the body of the email please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- In most cases, you won’t need to return the damaged item — but if a return is required, we’ll provide a prepaid label.
Refund Policy
2. Return Policy for Digital Products
- Refund Eligibility: Due to the digital nature of our products, we generally do not offer refunds. However, exceptions can be made in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product and are unsolvable by our support team.
- Accidental duplicate purchases of the same product.
- Refund Request Procedure: To request a refund, please contact us at joa@haveacupofjohanny.com within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.
- Processing Refunds: Eligible refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- Non-refundable Circumstances: Refunds will not
- Discontent with the product content.
- Failure to read product descriptions and requirements before purchase.
- Issues related to personal taste or preferences.
