Last night, my husband and I immersed ourselves in the vibrant energy of a Mardi Gras party hosted by the illustrious Alpha Kappa Alpha sorority. As someone for whom English is a second language (ESL) 🙂 I had to dive into some research to understand exactly what was expected.
